Cruz Construction is a third generation family owned enterprise based in Roxbury, MA. Founded in 1948 by John “Bertie” Cruz, Jr., it has grown from two carpenters to a multi-discipline real estate company. The Cruz companies now consists of construction, development, property management and relocation. The company is headed by Bertie’s son, John B. Cruz, III.
Under Cruz’s leadership, the company through its employees, strives to provide superior customer service and a quality product for the client and tenants of its many properties. In addition, Cruz is committed to social responsibility through his charitable work and utilizing local vendors and subcontractors whenever possible. Cruz is actively seeking opportunities from New England to the Mid-Atlantic States.
