Christopher Sonnie is director of maintenance at Cruz Management Company’s Maintenance Division. In this role, Christopher provides strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain and continuously improve properties within the company’s portfolio. Christopher has served Cruz Management Company since 1996, developing and implementing the portfolio’s preventative and predictive maintenance activities. He also coordinates and schedules all on-call and emergency maintenance staff procedures and supervises inventory control, purchasing, work order assignments and work completion reports. Christopher also conducts inspections and additional work critical to ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal permitting rules.
