Biscayne View
The Biscayne View project won the “Pillar of the Industry“ award by the National Multifamily Housing Council for the “Best High Rise Apartments.” Biscayne View is a 30-story, mixed-use project consisting of a 357-unit apartment tower with a 105-unit apartment and townhouse low-rise building. The project is designed around an open courtyard, with commercial area on the ground level fronting on the Ninth Street Pedestrian Mall.
