Daniel Cruz, Jr. holds thirty years of real estate, construction and finance experience. As senior vice president of Cruz Development Corp. and the John B. Cruz Construction Company, Daniel manages all facets of the development process, from project inception, acquisition, architectural design and construction. Daniel has undertaken major successful projects intended to produce well-designed homes maintaining the highest-standards of workmanship while providing clients with an unmatched degree of personal commitment, service and integrity. A philanthropist at heart, Daniel has embodied the motto of “Cruz Cares” through his commitment to community service and outreach. Over the years, Daniel has donated his services to progressive organizations like the Minority Developers Association, the Greater Boston YMCA and many others. He is a graduate of Boston University and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Minority Developer’s Executive Training Program.
