David O’Neil serves as Construction Superintendent for Harvard Commons, working to ensure the new homes are built with the highest-quality workmanship and finish. Developed by Cruz Companies, Harvard Commons is a new community of 54 single-family homes in Dorchester that serves families from a wide variety of economic and ethnic backgrounds. O’Neil came to Cruz Companies with 15 years of experience in construction management. A highly-skilled team leader and craftsman, O’Neil has worked on multi-million-dollar projects housing hundreds of residents across Massachusetts. Early in his career, O’Neil spent two years in Tokyo, Japan supervising and instructing Japanese tradesmen in the construction of quality homes.
