Located at a prominent intersection along one of Roxbury’s main commercial corridors, One Waverly is the second phase of a larger mixed-use complex led by Cruz Development Corporation and built by John B. Cruz Construction. The building, designed in a contextual style with an attractive brick facade and mansard roof, will hold 48 mixed-income rental units, along with over 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and onsite parking. Along with this project’s first phase, the recently completed Michael E. Haynes Arms Apartments, One Waverly will transform a long underutilized site into a vibrant asset for the greater Roxbury community.
